Brian is a distinguished industry leader serving as Partanna’s Vice President of Texas Market Operations. His expertise is pivotal in enhancing and cultivating new and existing client relationships, as well as directing comprehensive sales operations, production, quality assurance, and safety initiatives across the State of Texas. His proven track record in strategic development and operational excellence firmly establishes him as a concrete industry expert in the region.

Previously, as Vice President at Austin Block & Quarry in Georgetown, Texas, Brian demonstrated exceptional leadership in scaling sales and plant operations. His strategic acumen was instrumental in expanding the business by an impressive 400%. He pioneered the establishment of a state-of-the-art greenfield big board facility, skillfully managing every aspect from strategic planning, equipment acquisition, and funding to design, construction, and collaboration with engineers, as well as batching and press manufacturers. This facility boasts a daily production capacity of 25,000 8” masonry units, underscoring Brian's ability to deliver large-scale projects efficiently. 

His innovative mindset led to the invention of a unique Segmental Retaining Wall (US Patent No. 11,505,910 B2) and the development and trademarking of an exclusive line of Hardscape Products.

Before his tenure at AB&Q, Brian played a crucial role at Oldcastle APG, where he managed sales and operations for Central and South Texas, focusing on Hardscape, Masonry, and Bagged Goods.
